Accommodation

We are offering a beautifully remodeled apartment for rent in the upper floor of a private house. The apartment is fully furnished. It consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. Our guests can enjoy a UPC Direct satellite receiver, fireplace (oven) and other extras. In case of cold temperatures, there is a possibility of using our central heating system (subject to extra charge) or the fully functioning fireplace (oven) located in the living room.

We are offering towels, bedding and other necessities (included in price). Meals, however, are not provided. Our guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen corner located in the living room.

Detailed Description of the Rental

At the lower level of the house there is a private garage that is not a part of the rental. There is a parking possibility on the private property right next to the house.

House Front

parking lot and small, a private sitting to enjoy breakfast in the sun.

Entrance Hall

clothes and baggage room with the possibility to store bicycles, skis, etc..

  

Living Room

a fold-out sofa (sleeps two), Tv and a fireplace (oven).

  

Kitchen corner

fully equipped kitchen, sink, stove, refrigerator, boiling kettle, microwave and dining table (4 persons).

  

Bedroom

double bed (2x twin size), a fold-out sofa (sleeps two), storage, sitting, radio.

  

Bathroom

toilet, shower, sink with a mirror, storage

    

Property

a large, fenced yard / garden

Our guests are welcome to use a sheltered sitting with a fireplace, or enjoy a camp fire in the backyard. There is a small playground and a sand case waiting for our little visitors. We also offer a football, croquet or a badminton set for our guests to use.
